Trading Education Program Enrollment Agreement

1. Nature of Services — Educational Only

LaKaTrades, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the trading education platform at lakatrades.com ("Platform"). The Platform provides educational services only, including but not limited to trading courses, daily trade plans, weekly market outlooks, live chart sessions, trade journal tools, performance analytics, and coaching feedback. The Company does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. No content on the Platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. No guarantees are made regarding profitability, trading performance, or investment outcomes.

Trading financial instruments, including stocks, options, futures, and other derivatives, involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital. Past performance discussed or illustrated on the Platform does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their financial consequences.

2. Enrollment Agreement Requirement

Before gaining access to the Platform, all users are required to electronically sign this Enrollment Agreement. Your digital signature, along with the date and time of signing, is recorded and stored as part of your account record. By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained in this Agreement. A confirmation email is sent to both you and the administrator upon signing.

3. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and accept that: (a) trading is inherently risky; (b) no trading strategy, course, or educational content guarantees profits; (c) past performance does not predict future results; and (d) you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their financial consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted under Utah law, the Company, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, your trading decisions, or your reliance on any content provided through the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

All materials provided through the Platform — including videos, PDFs, trade plans, weekly outlooks, strategies, course content, software, and written analysis — are the exclusive intellectual property of LaKaTrades, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal educational purposes only. You will not: copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content; share your account credentials with any other person; record or screenshot proprietary content for distribution; or use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written authorization. Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Account Termination

LaKaTrades, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of this Agreement, abusive or threatening behavior, unauthorized sharing of content, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate. If an account is terminated by the Company for cause, an email confirmation will be sent to the affected user.

6. Accessibility Commitment

LaKaTrades is committed to making trading education accessible to all learners, including members of the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Materials are designed with written and visual learning in mind. Daily trade plans are published in written format. 7. Dispute Resolution — State of Utah

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Modifications to This Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email and by posting the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
